About Amelia
I'm Amelia, a country-pop inspired artist and certified coach with a degree in Cognitive Neuroscience - applied positive psychology. My work lives at the intersection of storytelling and psychology. Music is a way for me to express emotion and experiences, and coaching is a way to help people build clarity, confidence and meaningful direction in their lives. I was Born in India but adopted to Sweden at an early age. Growing up with scandinavian pop and discovering American country later on I found a home somewhere in between, a sound build on honesty, melody and emotional presence. Over the years I've performed more than 250 shows across Sweden and spent time writing and performing in Nashville, appearing on radio both in Sweden and the U.S. I've played stages such as the Bluebird Café, 3rd & Lindsley and Smokey Mountains Songwriters Festival. In 2024 I participated in Swedish Idol and in 2025 I released both a full album and a single and I continue to build a sound that blends modern country with pop sensibilities and personal storytelling. Beyond the music, I've always been drawn to the brain, how we think, how we react, and what shapes our identity and consciousness. That curiosity led me to study cognitive neuroscience - applied positive psychology where I trained in evidence-based coaching practices. I believe coaching works best when it begins exactly where you are. Real change happens when you feel seen, supported and empowered to take honest steps forward. As a coach I help individuals and creatives explore their personal story, recognize their patterns, and build self-belief. Especially around the fears of failure, rejection and "not being enough", challenges that are far more universal than people think. You don't need anyone else to change for you to succeed, and there is room for everyone with a vision. Whether on stage or in a coaching session, you will be met with authenticity, a commitment to progress and someone who believes in doing meaningful, high-quality work. Music gives me a way to share my stories. Coaching gives me a way to help others shape theirs.
